Airframe couplers (also called tube couplers, connectors or joiners) are used to join tubes of equal size to make a longer rocket. These couplers are hollow to allow air to flow through them.
Are you looking for a bulk assortment of couplers, rings and launch lugs? Check out the Rings-O-Plenty deal. It is enough for a whole fleet of rockets.
Frequently Asked Questions about the Aerotech Initiator kit:
Q. Can Airframe Couplers be blocked off and used to make payload bays for small rockets?
A. Yes. See our free YouTube video that will show you the steps to make your own payload bay from the tube couplers shown on this page. If you are on a budget, this is a much cheaper way to make them versus using a balsa nose block.
Related Items and Optional Accessories That Go Great With These:
Balsa Nose Blocks, also known as solid bulkheads or tube connectors are used to make payload bays for model rockets. They block off the air flowing through the tube, protecting the delicate payload from the heat of the ejection charge. All you need is a screw eye to attach the shock cord or parachute, and you're ready to go.
These regular Kraft-paper couplers fit the same tubes as the Blue Tube Couplers. So if we're out of a size of the Blue Coupler you need, this could be an alternative you may want to consider.
To go along with the Blue Tubes, here are the couplers that can join them together to make longer rockets. These will also fit the standard size LOC tubes, and those other high power manufacturers that make the tubes to standard sizes.

And rather than just blowing me off, you sent a copy of it and reminded me that I did in fact have it already. Thank you for caring enough to do that.
