What Does This Job Position Entail?
Answering incoming phone calls from customers.
Order entry - Typing customer data and order details into our database.
Packaging and shipping out orders.
Maintain inventory.
Produce rocket kits (stuff the parts into boxes and bags).
Maintain a clean work environment.
Training for the specifics of this job will be provided.
What Skill Are We Looking For?
People skills - Ability to work as part of a team.
Enthusiastic and Friendly. Outgoing personality is a must.
Service Oriented - Our only job is to serve our customers.
Computer Knowledge - Able perform general computer upkeep, such as locating and backing up files, as well as copying and pasteing between applications.
Meticulousness - Able to keep track of status of numerous events occuring simultaneously.
Punctual - You must show up on time so our customers will see we're here to serve their needs.
Willing to learn - We don't expect you to become a rocket scientist like me. But you should have a desire to learn our product line, and how to become a better manager of your time and talents.
Other Requirements:
You will be required to provide your own transportation to and from work.
Work hours are NOT flexible, because we all have to be here to be of service for our customers. The hours are Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Yes! We are a growing company, and we will have to bring other people into the business soon. You may also have the opportunity to manage those people, as well as new departments within our company.
