Installing the Software

Macintosh Computers:

Here is a QuickTime Video that will walk you through the installation of the software if you are not computer savvy. Click Here to View.

Take the RockSim 9 folder, and drag it out of the .dmg drive and PUT IT IN YOUR APPLICATIONS FOLDER.

Open the folder and launch RockSim 9. You will be asked to install some PACE extensions. You MUST do this.

Known Macintosh bug: If your mouse freezes up with RockSim, just hit the TAB key on your keyboard. That will refocus the mouse on the computer screen.

Window's Computers:

RockSim 9 will install in a NEW directory during installation. If you have version 8, you do not need to delete it. The download you just completed is a FULL installation, and doesn't even need the old version 8.
