NASA document server. If you're looking for a NASA technical document, this would be the place to start.

Index to the "Leading Edge" newsletter. Each newsletter is in pdf format, and can be downloaded for later reading. Good reading materials that contain lots of tips for building and flying model rockets.

Search the ERIC library of documents related to model rockets. Pretty good collection found when searching the terms "model" and "rockets." Definitely worth further study.
